Sammendrag

Kan man tenke seg at det tyske hegemoniet i Europa vil skape økt interesse blant norske akademikere for det som diskuteres i den tyske offentligheten? Det er vanskelig å forestille seg at debatten i Tyskland om Europas fremtid vil bli mindre viktig i årene som kommer. Etter årtier med bred politisk konsensus i vesentlige EU-spørsmål ser vi ikke alene eksempler på åpenlys EU-skepsis i Tyskland, men også tegn på en ny pluralisme i debatten om de europapolitiske veivalgene.
